3. Recipients
Your data is intended for the Seller's internal departments and for the strictly necessary processors: host (Vercel, then Shopify), payment provider, carrier, emailing tool. No data is sold to third parties. Some providers may be located outside the EU, with appropriate safeguards in place (standard contractual clauses).
4. Retention period
- Order data: for as long as the commercial relationship requires, then statutory retention (up to 10 years for invoices).
- Newsletter data: until consent is withdrawn (unsubscribe).
- Cookies: 13 months maximum.
5. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability in respect of your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them, write to amdigitalpro66@gmail.com.

6. Cookies
The site works without third-party cookies by default. Subject to your explicit consent (banner shown during your visit), advertising cookies Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd) and TikTok Pixel (TikTok Technology Ltd, Ireland) are used to measure our campaigns and offer relevant advertising. Both recipients may transfer data outside the European Union, on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Your choice is kept for 6 months and you can change it at any time: manage my cookies, or via your browser settings.

The Seller implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure (encrypted HTTPS connection, outsourced secure payment).
