Frequently asked questions
Everything to know before you choose.
Is the fountain suitable for cats and dogs?
The model is offered for cats and for small or medium dogs. For a large dog or several animals, check the level regularly and always keep a second water point.
Does the fountain really work wirelessly?
The model uses a rechargeable module to run without a cord during use. The cable is only used to recharge the module.
Is it entirely stainless steel?
We do not present the fountain as "all stainless steel". The main surface is listed as stainless steel; the central module, the window and some components necessarily use other technical materials.
How does the sensor work?
The sensor starts the flow when your cat or dog approaches the fountain.
How do I maintain it?
Change the water regularly, clean the parts in contact with the water and keep the technical module dry.
