Will my cat use it?
Many cats prefer running water, like water from a tap. Leave the old bowl next to it for a few days while your cat discovers the fountain. If it doesn’t suit them, you have 30 days to send it back.
Is it noisy?
The pump runs at around 30 dB, barely audible. In sensor mode, it only runs when your pet is there.
How long does the battery last?
It depends on the mode and how often your pet visits: sensor mode uses the least power. A light shows when to recharge it with the USB cable.
How do I clean it?
Empty it, rinse the stainless steel bowl and tray (they are dishwasher-safe), and keep the black module dry. Rinse the pump about once a month.
When should I change the filter?
About once a month. 3 cartridges come with the fountain, then the pack of 4 covers 4 months. Naïa Inox filters are not compatible.
