Every lick turns the ball.
The ball lifts up a thin layer of yogurt or wet food. They lick, it turns, they start again. A slow rhythm that completely absorbs them.
A game, a treat and a calm ritualWhat to put in it?
Avoid: xylitol, chocolate, grapes, onion and garlic. If in doubt, ask your vet.

"I bought one for one of my two dogs because the other has never been interested in this kind of treat dispenser, but with this one, it turns out she tries to take it from the other dog. Anyway, it entertains and relaxes the dogs on days when I can't take them outside."
"Works well for us. I was surprised how fast the items were shipped, a week earlier than expected, and the product is very good quality and sturdy; my dogs love it with plain yogurt..Thanks, 5 stars."
"It's the best thing I've ever done for my dog or for myself. I add half a teaspoon of liverwurst, I get about 30 minutes of peace... the dog is busy and then collapses like a stone."
"Super useful, my dog loved it and it eased his anxiety. When he's home alone for a long time, I give him a little kefir yogurt and he keeps busy for a long while. It's wonderful."
"It arrived super fast and my 4-month-old puppy loves it. What's interesting is that it keeps him very busy and he really has a lot of fun with it!"
"It works very well and keeps my little dog satisfied for a while. I'm happy with my purchase and might buy another one."
Frequently asked questions
Is it suitable for my pet? +
Naïa Orbe has a compact format: it suits cats, kittens and small to medium dogs. We do not recommend it for a large dog or a heavy chewer: it could damage it.
How do I open it to fill it? +
Push the little tabs under the base, then lift. The first few times it feels a bit firm: that is what keeps it from opening while they play. The movement soon becomes natural.
What do I put in it, and how much? +
A smooth texture: plain yogurt, fromage blanc, unsalted pumpkin purée or wet food thinned with water. Just a thin layer: if it is too full, the ball turns less well. Take this amount from their daily ration.
What if they aren't interested? +
Start with their favorite food and spin the ball with your finger in front of them to show them. Every animal has its own pace. You have 30 days to change your mind (details in our Terms of sale).
How do I clean it? +
It comes apart in a few seconds: rinse each piece in hot soapy water and let it dry. Follow the instructions supplied with the product for any other washing method.
What is the difference from a lick mat or a slow feeder? +
A lick mat is flat: the filling is spread over the surface. A slow-feed bowl slows down a meal of kibble thanks to raised ridges. Naïa Orbe, also called a rotating lick bowl, keeps a smooth texture under a ball that turns with every lick: they only get a thin layer at a time, and the movement of the ball intrigues them.
Can they use it unsupervised? +
Stay nearby, especially the first few times, and put Naïa Orbe away once the moment is over. Check its condition regularly and replace it if it is damaged.
What are the delivery times and returns? +
Delivery is free in mainland France, with an estimated time of 5–9 business days. The 30-day commercial guarantee and the return procedures are set out in the Terms of sale.
